Visiting rules

INTRODUCTION

• 1.1. These Rules define the procedure for admitting visitors to events (exhibitions, conferences, etc., hereinafter individually referred to as the "Event"), organized by the Limited Liability Company "ITiIMF Expo" (OGRN 1177746970004, INN 7708326524, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), and also establish the rules of conduct for Event visitors.
• 1.2. Attendance at Events is only possible subject to the visitor's familiarization with these Rules and agreement to them.
• 1.3. The visiting rules established by the administrations of the exhibition complexes in which the Events are held shall apply to the extent that they do not contradict these Rules.

ADMISSION TO THE EVENT

• 2.1. The basis for entry to the Event is a badge — a visitor's identification document containing information about the visitor's last name, first name, and, if applicable, the organization the visitor represents.
• 2.2. A badge may be obtained by the visitor in one of the following ways:
  • 2.2.1. Print independently — in the case of registration as a visitor on the official Event website.
  • 2.2.2. Obtain at the Event entry registration desk — in exchange for a ticket or invitation ticket, or upon presentation of a QR card issued by the Organizer.
• 2.3. Obtaining a badge in the cases specified in clause 2.2 of these Rules is only possible subject to the submission of a completed and signed visitor questionnaire to a representative of the Organizer.
• 2.4. Representatives of mass media are issued a badge after completing the accreditation procedure, the procedure for which is specified on the official Event website.
• 2.5. The right of free admission to the Event may be granted to students of relevant higher educational institutions on days determined by the Organizer.
• 2.6. Entry to the Event is carried out through turnstile groups installed in locations determined by the Organizer and/or the administration of the exhibition complex.
• 2.7. Visitors are prohibited from transferring their badge to other persons. The Organizer has the right to verify that the last name and first name indicated on the badge match those of the visitor.
• 2.8. In the event of loss of the badge, the visitor should contact the Event registration desk for its restoration.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• 3.1. Attendance at Events by persons under the age of eighteen is only possible provided they are accompanied by adults.
• 3.2. The Organizer has the right to establish age restrictions for visitor admission to the Event in cases provided for by Federal Law No. 436-FZ "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and/or Development."
• 3.3. Access for persons under the age of eighteen to Events assigned the information product category "18+" is strictly prohibited.
• 3.4. In case of doubt regarding the age of a person purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, the Organizer has the right to request an identity document that allows the age to be established.

RULES OF CONDUCT

• 4.1. Visitors are obliged to maintain public order on the territory of the exhibition complex and to comply with the lawful instructions of the Organizer and the complex administration.
• 4.2. Visitors are prohibited from:
  • 4.2.1. Bringing in weapons, explosives, pyrotechnics, toxic and radioactive substances;
  • 4.2.2. Bringing in and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances, or being in a state of intoxication;
  • 4.2.3. Entering the territory with animals;
  • 4.2.4. Entering in outerwear where a cloakroom is available;
  • 4.2.5. Bringing in food and beverages;
  • 4.2.6. Moving around the territory on bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, and similar means;
  • 4.2.7. Crossing the roadway outside pedestrian crossings;
  • 4.2.8. Committing actions that threaten life, health, and property;
  • 4.2.9. Leaving children unattended;
  • 4.2.10. Distributing promotional materials without the Organizer's consent;
  • 4.2.11. Organizing unauthorized rallies and demonstrations;
  • 4.2.12. Engaging in begging or littering the territory;
  • 4.2.13. Being present in soiling clothing or with luggage capable of soiling others;
  • 4.2.14. Smoking outside designated smoking areas.
• 4.3. Upon discovering unattended items or suspicious objects, visitors are obliged to notify a representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.
• 4.4. Visitors are obliged to familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan and to follow the instructions of the Organizer's representatives in emergency situations.

LIABILITY

• 5.1. A visitor may be denied access to the Event or removed from it without compensation of the ticket cost in the following cases:
  • 5.1.1. In the absence of an entry/invitation ticket;
  • 5.1.2. Upon refusal to undergo a personal search or to present belongings for inspection;
  • 5.1.3. Upon an attempt to enter with prohibited items;
  • 5.1.4. Upon violation of public order or engaging in begging;
  • 5.1.5. Upon non-compliance with these Rules and the requirements of the Organizer's representatives.
• 5.2. In the event of unlawful actions, the visitor may be handed over to law enforcement authorities for consideration of bringing them to liability.
• 5.3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, Event participants, or the exhibition complex is subject to compensation in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
